Loudoun Walk In Medical Center is an urgent care center that is staffed with physicians. It was opened in order to address the needs of the community. It is a place to go when a person needs immediate care that does not warrant a visit to the ER or when a person’s primary doctor is unavailable to see them and waiting for an appointment is just not an option.
We can provide medical service in Spanish as well, with a bilingual physician on staff.
We accept most major insurances and self-pay options are available as well. Please do not hesitate to give us a call for more information.
For your convenience, we have an X-Ray machine on-site as well as an EKG machine and lab testing available.

After earning his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Pakistan, Dr. Alykhan went through his residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, completing his residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Alykhan also went through a transitional year interning at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia.
As a trusted Internist and Pediatrician, Dr. Alykhan’s patients commend his caring, yet informative bedside manner. Dr. Alykhan is fluent in English and Spanish and is also fluent in both Hindi and Urdu. He is known for his ability to diagnose and treat the most complex of conditions and help patients work to prevent future chronic issues.
